How we work
You see it working before it launches.
01🎨Design
We start from whatever you can give us — images, text, even hand-drawn diagrams — and turn it into static designs of every screen. You review them, leave notes, and we iterate until you sign off. Then we deliver the apps and the code, with the approved designs in place.
02🎬Build
We build the app out and send you videos of each part working. If a screen depends on data, you get a video of it with each kind of content. These images and videos are created programmatically, so they are regenerated on every single build. When you sign off, we deliver the apps, the videos and the code.
- 03🧪
Beta
We open a beta and iterate on real usage data and feedback. Every build reports its changes against those same images and videos, so you sign off on exactly what changed — no surprises. We recommend staying in beta, with the app free, until the statistics show users signing in, staying and coming back.
- 04🚀
Launch
When retention holds, we launch — and keep iterating on the data and feedback. Development is billed up to the beta; from there it switches to the Care Plan, a flat 10% of the monthly development fee.
📦 The apps and full source code are delivered at every stage — and you can cancel at any time and keep them.

Launched free to answer one question: would people come back? Over 15,000 users arrived in under a year, and the retention data said yes — they signed in, stayed, and kept returning. That is what earned the full release.

The Care Plan
From the beta until handover · cancel any time

It covers everything from hosting to changes. New features, major work, and hosting data beyond normal app use — massive video, say — are quoted separately.
Think of it as a CTO and developer for hire. Cancel at any time and everything is handed over — the apps, the source code, the accounts and the data. We keep nothing.
